Clarity Sessions

Clarity Sessions support your unfolding at the crossroads of change — when an old chapter has ended, but what comes next isn’t yet clear.

Designed to strengthen your capacity for discernment, these 1-1 sessions offer a calm, reflective container to slow down and attune to the different voices in you responding to change — so your next steps emerge from steadiness rather than haste.

Holding You With You

Clarity Sessions center your capacity to hold yourself — not as more burden, but as less explaining, less outsourcing your inner world, and more inner coherence, more steadiness to meet the unknown as you are.

In our time together, we may:

  • Surface the root question beneath the question

  • Identify patterns, loops, and stories that keep you stuck

  • Separate signal from noise

  • Clarify what’s ready to move — and what’s not

  • Move forward with a grounded reframe, decision, or next step

Instead of an advisor or solver, I’ll show up as a mirror and sense-maker, drawing on intuitive listening, pattern recognition, and strengths-based modalities (like IFS parts work and affirmative inquiry) developed over three decades navigating the liminal spaces of code-switching between diasporic identities, grieving the loss of home and belonging, and risk-taking to honor your soul’s calling.

Facilitation Ethos

I come to this work through lived experience navigating many forms of liminality — across cultural identity, geographic homes, creative paths, and vocational transitions. Much of my life has unfolded in the “in-between,” where familiar structures fall away before new ones take shape.

Over time, this has shaped how I listen: with patience for complexity, respect for inner multiplicity, and trust in clarity that emerges through careful attention rather than urgency.

Holding the both-and, complexity/contradictions without collapse. Home is everywhere and nowhere

  • Intuitive listening

  • Pattern recognition

  • Affirmative inquiry

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work

  • Shadow work

This may be a good fit if you are:

  • Navigating a career, identity, or creative transition

  • At a vocational or life crossroads

  • Feeling caught in familiar loops or recurring questions

  • Wanting clarity without bypassing emotion or complexity

This is not a good fit if you are:

  • Looking for crisis support or urgent containment

  • Wanting step-by-step fixing or advice without reflection

  • Seeking ongoing emotional reassurance or caretaking

Clarity Sessions are designed to strengthen your capacity to hold and metabolize your own emotions. I can help illuminate patterns, name trailheads, and offer reflective practices — but I cannot do the emotional work for you.

Logistics

  • 60 minutes — $95
A good fit for a focused question, a specific decision point, or when you’re noticing one primary loop and want help getting unstuck.

  • 90 minutes — $140
Often supportive if you’re navigating a more layered transition, sitting with recurring patterns over time, or wanting more spaciousness for reflection and integration.

Sessions are paid in advance and held via video call. Availability is limited.

Payment helps hold the session as a dedicated container — one where both time and attention are offered with care.

How to request a session

Clarity Sessions are offered by request to ensure fit.

If this resonates, you’re invited to submit a short request form. I’ll review it and follow up to let you know whether a session feels aligned at this time.

A note on process

I don’t offer open calendar booking. After you submit a request, I take a brief pause to review it and confirm fit before scheduling.

This helps ensure the session is held with care and that we enter the conversation with shared intention, rather than rushing straight into a call.
