When you feel stuck, it’s rarely because you don’t know enough.

More often, it’s because different parts of you are holding different loyalties:

Held for 60-90 minutes on Zoom, Clarity Sessions offer a steady, collaborative space to slow things down and listen carefully to the swirl of voices inside you.

We begin with what feels most alive or stuck — a decision, tension, or question you’ve been circling. No need to arrive with more. We’ll ease in together.

At your pace, we gently notice the parts of you that want different things or carry different concerns. Rather than forcing clarity, we get curious:

  • What is each part protecting or longing for?

  • What history or burden might it be holding?

  • What gifts might it be offering you?

Hey, I’m Chrislyn 🦋

Much of my life has unfolded in the “in-between.” I know what it’s like to hold multiple truths at once — and the quiet exhaustion that comes from trying to make your multitudes fit into stories that were never quite yours.

Over time, I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t come from resolving complexity or choosing one part of yourself over another.

It comes from staying present long enough to listen to what’s pulling, what’s protecting, and what’s longing to be honored.

This understanding shapes how I hold Clarity Sessions. I won’t rush you toward answers or settle for what’s convenient.

I bring steady presence, careful listening, and deep respect for the wisdom already within you — especially the parts that’ve helped you survive, stay safe, and belong.
